The overall system consists of three levels of equipment, two level communication channels, and a set of systems. Among them;

Three-level equipment refers to energy metering equipment, data collection equipment, and master station equipment.

Two level communication refers to the Data acquisition equipment and meter data channel (down channel), and Data acquisition equipment and master station system data channel (upstream channel)

A set of systems refers to the electricity usage information collection and management system
